Circle Alliance is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our COO in overseeing operations and executing strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for a dynamic, driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle the demands of working alongside an executive.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the COO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documentation.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with real estate brokers, Circle Alliance members, and other industry contacts.
- Manage various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective responses and updates.
- Help organize and manage Circle Alliance events, assisting with both planning and execution to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for decision-making processes and presentations.
Requirements:
- Female, 25-35 years old with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Smart, quick-thinking, and able to match the fast pace of the COO’s workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships with members, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Professional appearance and communication skills, as this role involves representing Circle Alliance in various interactions.
