Role Overview: As a Marketing Administration Officer at Circle Alliance, you will support the marketing team by handling various administrative tasks that ensure the smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking progress and compiling reports.
  • Content Management: Support content creation by organizing marketing materials, updating websites, and managing social media accounts.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring and managing marketing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring financial records are accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in marketing or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
