One key flawed system Hendry mentioned was the agent recruitment process, which has historically overlooked the importance of human elements and leadership development. According to him, recruitment systems have been too focused on the number of agents rather than how to properly mentor and motivate them to be productive and successful. "This system may have worked in the past, but today, we need a more people-centered approach that focuses on developing leadership," Hendry explained. He emphasized that simply increasing the number of agents without strong leadership would not lead to a productive and successful brokerage team in the long run.
Hendry also outlined how Circle Alliance is designed to address these challenges.
